Thursday morning Qigong

A new offering at the Square every 2 weeks, these classes offer gentle, mindful movement suitable for all levels – including beginners –  with an emphasis on listening to the body and adapting practices to support individual needs. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that harmonizes movement, breath and meditation to cultivate & balance life energy, known as “qi”.

Sunday Music in the Square

The Jazz Beaus are an instrumental jazz group that honors the great songwriters of yore with timeless standards and Latin favorites, plus a few surprises. This gathering will feature a piano trio plus Chris Aschmann and his trumpet, along with steel pans. The band will hit traditional jazz tunes and also delve into the exciting rhythms of soca, calypso and reggaeton. All in all, a swingin’ day. Don’t miss it.
